Brass spread grommets are fastened
into taped edges and seams to provide
a secure grip for installation clips, ties
or S-hooks.

Seaming

Two or more standard widths can

Flat Seam

Flat seamson a panels help keep the
seam line from puckering and make
for a smoother finished panel.

Pinch Pleats

Custom pleated seams with tape reinforcement provide a better hand
grip to aid in the on-site installation
and tightening of fabric panels.

Center Row Grommets

Brass spread grommets are fastened
into taped seams to aid in the attachment of large panels to the structural frame.

Irregular Sizes

Panels can be made to unique shapes such as triangles, trapezoids, circles,
five-sided, six-sided, etc.

Velcro

Velcro tape can be sewn into the edges and seams of panels to create a better enclosure. It can also be used on flaps to attach to the body of the panel.

Fabric Drilling

Fabric panels are drilled at regularly spaced intervals to allow greater water drainage or airflow on flat roof structures.

Hot Cutting

Fabric rolls are slit into smaller widths using a hot slit machine. Fabric panels may also be “hot-punched” or cut at specific intervals with a variety of shapes.

Heat Sealing

Seams can be made using a high-temperature, heat bonding process that creates a rugged, waterproof seal.

Re-Roll

Large rolls of fabric are rerolled onto smaller rolls for ease of handling. Center folding can cut a roll’s width in half or less to facilitate easier shipping.
